Hello, I'm Clare. Cups is a small independent business, which means that if you visit the shop, it's me you'll meet. I'll be the one welcoming you through the door, helping you find the right fit, and doing my best to remember your name when you come back.

Opening Cups was never just about selling beautiful underwear. It was about creating the sort of place I felt was missing - somewhere thoughtful, unhurried, and built around the simple idea that everyone deserves to feel comfortable in what they wear every day.
Before opening the shop, I worked in nursing, where I learned the importance of listening first. Every person arrives with their own experiences, concerns, and story, and no two are quite the same. That philosophy has stayed with me through every single fitting.

I have trained in professional bra fitting using low-touch, tape-free methods that focus on how a bra feels and performs, rather than chasing a particular size. Sizes vary from one brand to another and from one style to the next; comfort, support, and confidence matter far more than the number on the label.
I know that walking into a specialist bra shop might, for some people, feel daunting. Many people arrive having spent years putting off a fitting, making do with bras that don't quite work, or simply wondering whether there is something better available.
