What to expect.

Most fittings take around 30 minutes, although some take a little longer and some take less time. There is never a need to rush.  We'll begin with a conversation about what you currently wear, what you like or dislike about your bras, and whether there is anything in particular you'd like to improve. I'll then suggest some styles for you to try. Your fitting room is your own private space, and I'll be nearby to offer advice, answer questions, and help you find the best options.

Not at all. Many people who visit Cups are unsure of their size, have worn the same size for years, or have found that different shops and brands tell them different things. That is completely normal. Sizes vary between brands and styles, and the label is only one small part of finding the right fit.

No. Cups uses a low-touch, tape-free fitting approach. Rather than calculating a size, we look at how different bras fit, feel, and support you.

You will need to try things on, but for the duration of the consultation, your fitting room is your own private space. Robes are provided. You can take your time, and you will never be expected to do anything that makes you uncomfortable.

Whatever you feel comfortable in. There is no special preparation needed. A relatively close-fitting top can be useful if you would like to see how different bras look under clothing, but the most important thing is that you feel at ease. If you’re shopping for something to wear under a special outfit, feel free to bring it along.

Absolutely. Lots of customers arrive feeling exactly this way. A fitting is not about being judged, being told you are the "wrong" size, or expecting you to know anything about bras beforehand. Every fitting is a private consultation, and I treat every visit with complete discretion.
